École M is opening a new French-English bilingual preschool in Paris 13th. Designed to welcome children from 2 to 6 years old, the school offers a demanding, structured, and deeply caring environment.
Located at 8 Rue Pierre Gourdault, 75013 Paris, the school will consist of a multi-level preschool class (2-5 years old). We welcome students from 2 and a half up to 6 years old, supervised by two teachers: one native French-speaking teacher and one native English-speaking teacher.

The educational project of école M Paris 13th is based on the curriculum defined by the Ministry of National Education. It is implemented by applying active teaching methods in a bilingual environment.
Staggered and personalized arrival for children (for early arrivals, free play, drawing, reading...)
Gathering of all students for the start of the day (songs, routines, movement activities...)
Two teachers share the roles: small group workshops around a theme, self-directed activities, and a motor skills session for everyone.
Recess in the park near the school.
The morning concludes with a group gathering where students can share what they did.
Lunch takes place in the classroom with the teachers: children help set the table, eat in mixed-age groups in a calm and friendly atmosphere, then help clear and tidy up.
Flexible nap time is offered for children who need it, with no age limit, and quiet activities are provided for those who do not nap.
In the afternoon, activities take place in the classroom with the teachers; children gently rejoin the group after their nap for independent or paired activities. The organization remains the same as in the morning, with dedicated time for consolidating learning.
Staggered departure for children not staying for after-school care. Teachers inform parents about the day's events.
Afterschool is entirely in English. A balanced snack is served between 4 PM and 4:40 PM. Workshop-based games are then offered, followed by free play to conclude the day.

Our French-speaking teachers hold degrees from the French national education system. Our English-speaking teachers hold educational degrees from their home countries. All our teachers receive ongoing training in active learning pedagogies throughout the year.
